Though unable to test himself in the hardest shot category - with a malfunc- tioning radar gun canceling out the event - Matthew French did pick up an assist late in the second period. He helped set up Aurora's Sean Scully to aid in the North/West's 9-6 decision over 265 caeIph 5 the South/East. The comehack victory - highlighted by a hat-trick from North/West MVP Vince Laise of Georgetown -scrved as pay- back for Iast year's 5-4 loss to the South/East. Omnelas had thee key scoring chances in the opening haîf, but just couldn't light the lamp.
