'It doesn't seem to be anything different than in any other subdivision," said disappointed Coulson Avenue resident Richard Murzmn at a public mees- ing held Thursday night so oeview the developer's revised concept plan. Applicant Central Milton Holdings Limited (CMHL) is looking so create an expansive subdi- vision on land east of Bronte Street, south of Steeles Avenue and north of Main Street West. It would include between 480 and 640 umits, and be a mixture of single, semi-detached and town homes. The site, which consains a fonmer quan-y pit, was designated as a posential growsh area by politicians a few years ago but tagged a special study ares.
