You can borrow up to 3 DVDs per library card. The 7th edition of 'I Love to Read!' ia set for release Sunday, Nov. 2 frorn noon to 4:30 p.m. at Milton District H-igh Sdhool and is a wonderful way to celebrate Canadian Children'a Book Week November 2 to 9. Headlining this year's festival is Kennetb Oppel, one of Canada's favourite clsildren's writers and the author of the popu- lar Silverwing series. Storytellers Aubrey Davis and Mary-Eileen McClear will be on hand to entertain families as will the îalented illustrator Janet Wilson who has collaborated with celcbrated Canadian authors like Jean Little, Barbara Srnucker and Sherce Fitch. We're also welcoming back Werner Zimmnermnann. Always entertainmng, Werner is both an excellent illustrator and story teller. You can expect lots of audience participation when Werner takes the stage. Readings, presentationa and craft sessions are flot the whole story. There will be book signings, dispîsys and a chance to buy books, puppets and refreahrnents. A signing interpreter will be available on site. Tickets coat $5 for aduits and $2 for children. Tickets are avail- able thc Milton Public Library Halton Hills Public Library (Georgetown Branch) and Milton Cornsunity Resource Centre, as well as at Uic door. If you purchase a ticket in advance you will be eligible to enter a draw to wmn children's books.
