Providing water and wastewater services ta Use corridor is a key compontent af Use Halton Urban Structure Plan, which was adopted by regional coundil in 1999. Halton Region will construet 4.4 km of water main westerly along Jamnes Snow Parkway to accoro- modate Use Milton Business Park and along Steeles Avenue ta intro- duce services in Usat ares. Construction in Milton will begin in November and be corn- pleted by next June. Construction ia Halton HUis is ta start following tise tender procesa next January, with completion slated for next June. Halton Region is front-ending tse total cost of die $14.3 million projeet, which includes construc- tion of a new pumnping station to accommodate die servicing in Halton Hills, Usrough Use issuance of debt.
