Police report that the man, 53, Was struck and kilted on the railway tracks at Lower Base Line and Tremaine Road as about 6:30 ar. At the time, he was wanted for question- ing regarding an aiieged assaut on a 42- year-oid woman at a Hayward Crescent home Saturday night. Police and paramedies received a 911 cati at 10:30 p.m. and upon arrivaI, found a female victim with non-life threatening injuries to her face and neck.
