Perhaps 1 should rethink this weeks recipe that is a great addition to outdoor grillmng. As you know by now, I love to prepare food ahead of lime and this salad is perfect for tisat. You can add as many or as few of tise ingredients to, suit your taste. Serve it witis some grilled meat and crusty bread and dinner is served. Enjoy! Korean Spinach Salad 1 bag of spinacis 1 can of sliced waler cisesinuls (drained) 2 isandtuls ai fresh bean sprouts 2 isard-boiled eggs (sliced) 6 stipes of bacon (large diced and fnied> 1 cup of sliced mushrooms 1 can of mandarin orange segments (drained) Remove stems trom spinacis, wasis and spin dry. Put in a large bowl and layer lise remaining ingredienis on top. Cover and ref ngerate until ready 10 serve. Pour on thse dressing, mix and serve. Serves 6 10 8. Dressing 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup canola oil 1/3 cup ketcisup 2 tbsp. Worcestersisire sauce 1/4 cup wisite vinegar 1 medium onion, finely cisopped sait and pepper to taste Combine ail but onions witis iand-iseid blender 10 emulsity. Add onions, stir and refingerate until needed. -4 ML
