In rder to address the exîsting condition of Lower Base Line, the Town of Milton has completed a study of Lower Base Line (frorn Trafalgar Road to Nmth Line) in accordance with the Municipal Claas Environental Assessment (Clas,% EA) process. The Town retained the firm McCorrnick Rankin Corporation to carry out this study. Taking into consideration the problern being addressed, the assessment of alternatives and potential environruental effects, and comments fromn the public, the 2 lane reconstruction of Lower Base Line is recormcended as per pre- ferred Alternative 'C'. The sîudy has followed Uhe process for a Schedule'C' project under the Municipal Class Envirornental Assessment Process. An Envirornental Study Report (ESR) bas been peepared and by this Notice is bcing placed in the public record for review.
