The $71 billion budget was announced last week outside thc halls of the Legisiature, at a private gatbering of 250 invited guests at a car-parts business in Branmpton. That decision bas been scruti- nized by Opposition members and even Oakville Tory M.PP and House Speaker Gary Canr for being undemocratic.
