Part of the group's mandate is to seek input from the community. The first Public Meeting held on Sept. 19' yielded extensive input and direction for the Advisory Group. The resultant report on recommended criteria for locating and operating an emergency shelter in Oakville will be presented at the second Public Meeting on Thursday, October 2e in the Auditorium, Halton Regional Centre, 1151 Bronte Road at 7pm (registration is at 6:30 pm).
