Andersons rally was sparked by a crucial tbree-point shot halfway through the match. He recalled, I took out lwo of bis bowls and that gave me a lot of confi- dence. 1 just went on adrenaline from that point on." Semifinal play was even tighler, as the evenual champ mounted an early lead but then had to bang on lu eclipse three-time provincial gold medaliat Bll Cfedinning of Simcoe 21-19. "He's got a habit of chipping away ou, and thaïs what be did. Fortunately, 1 held hima off,' said Anderson. The Miltonian credits last month's provincial triumph with a stronger mental gamne, which be bopes will con- tinue in Winnipeg August 1810o25 - when lie heada mbt play as one of the youngesl competitors.
