HHS Launchesj Public Opinion Survey The phones began ringing in Milton and Oakville on Monday, March 25th as Halton Healthcare Services launched its public opinion survey. The randomn telephone survey will measure the attitudes and opinions of residents as they relate to the quality of care and services provided at Milton District Hospital and Oakville- Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. The survey is part of Halton Healthcare's commitment to con- tinuously improve the quality of care and services provided to the residents of Oakville and Milton. The survey will be conducted by Pollara, a national public opinion research firm. Random calîs wiIl be made to a total of 600 householda. Each caîl will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. A creditcan be claimed for donations made in the current and/or the preceding five years (if not already claimed), based on an annuai limit - generaiiy 75 per cent of net income. In the taxpayer's year of death and for the preceding year however, that limit increases to, 100 percent. You may also ciaim donations made by your spouse or common-iaw partner. To maximize the charitable donation credit, consider combin- ing both your donations if they total in excess of $200.
