Paul Carroll appeared in Ontario court (provin- cial division) in Milton Thursday. Mr. Wierzbicki, 41, was struck by a car travel- ling sossthbound on Tremaine Road, just north of Denry Road around 11:50 arn. August 14. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
