The resident chased the suspect Io Robert Baldwin School, but lost him. A canine dog tracking unit was unsuc- cessful in locating the intruder. Nothing was taken from the home. The suspect is described as a white male, 6 feet, medium build, wearing a dark base- hall cap, a sandy-coloured winter jacket and dark pants. One vehicle stolen, two damaged Several cars were damaged ovemnight Monday. Suspects antempted 10 pry open the door of a 1994 Plymouth Accord parked on Wakefield Road. A 1995 Volkswagen parked on Ontario Street had its steering columnl punched out. Damage is estimnated at $700. Suspects attempted to pry open the door of a 1988 Buick also parked on Ontario Street. A 1993 Plymouth Voyager was stolen from Court Street. The van was later locat- ed on Bronte Street. Car break-ins Three ovcmight vehicle break-mns took place Tuesday at Kodiak Automotive Services on Bronte Street. Police BMotter A 1989 Oldsmobile was broken into and a driver's licence and pennit wete taken from the glove box. A 1990 Dodge Ramn was entered and the steering column was broken. A 1993 unlocked Mercury was ran- sacked and a key was found broken in the ignition. Cars damaged A 1998 Satum and a 1995 Dodge Ram were keyed while parked on McGeachy Drive ovemnight November 22. Both cars received $500 damage. Store robbed The Sleep Factory on Main Street was broken into ovemnight last Friday. The front door glass was smashed and the door unlocked. Suspects made off with $40. Lottery tickets, cash stolen Nevada tickets and cash were stolen from a storage room at the Royal Canadian Legion on Charles Street last Friday.
