We would like to welcome this yesr's elected grade representatives of Student Government: Justin Mastrangelo, OAC Rep; Megan Mutcheson, Grade 12 Rep; Adrian Jewitt, Grade il Rep; and Dan Borelli, Grade 10 Rep. These students, along with those cur- rently running for the position of Student Administrative Team, are busy planning events to keep achool spirit high. Once again this year, Bishop Reding's charitable side is shining forth with the annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. Students are encouraged to donate non-perish- able food items ta bnlp out the lest fortuate in the local community. Collection will conclude on October 3rd. In the aftermatb of last week's devastating'terrorist attacks in the United States, Stodent Goversmnent bas organized Thanksgiving Bingo to raise money for the Red Cross's Disaster Relief Fund. Today and next Friday, students will have the opportunity to donate $1 and receive a bingo card in retumn. The bingo game will be conducted over the P.A. system at the end of the following Monday. In Royal athletic news, the Varsity Girls Field Hockey team played its first regular season game versus Iroquois Ridge.
