Defensive miscues were the story in this one, as three unearned runs cnushed the hosts' hopes for a medal-winning weckend. The Mystics' 11 - ht campaign kept things close during a stifling- ly-humid moming encounter. Niagara Falls went on 10 take the silver medal, losing in thse finals 10 Fort Erie.
