Tue semni-final bs was a 6-4 decision to Barrie's No. 1 team. Tue juniors will play in the C classifica- tion for the OBA's. New scoreboard A new scoreboard bas been erected at Maplehurst to honour long-time minor basebaîl contributor Gerry Dubien, who passed away this spring. In his will, he had asked that donations be made to Milton minor basebaîl, so there's money left over for a scholarship. Gerry's son, Damien, was an outstanding pitcher in Milton and for Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Any student on a basebaîl scholarship in the United States and in need of financial assistance can contact Steve Wellwood of Milton minor basebaîl to apply for the scholarship.
