On his way home from work shortly after midnight July 18, he noticed a "suspicious" van parked outside Halton Grounds Care Equipment on Steeles Avenue. He followed the van, which eventually stopped at the Tim Horton's at Steeles Avenue and 11 Thompson Road. 'A ig ifit1w tK inside the van, Det. Const. Cook went back to his car.
