The investigation is in response to irreg- ularities alleged by Burlington Trustee Michael Ellis. Ellis' charges included inisrcpresenitation of inancial matters pertaining 10 schiool closures, last-inute inflormnation belore votcs, pins violations and abuses of' board bylaws and policy.
