Dear Milton Volunteers: The Milton Community is blessed with many caring and dedicated volunteers, who make significant contributions througti their participation in a variety ot social, cultural and recreational organizations. A smile, a kind word, a listening ear, a helping hand, are the acts ot caring that enrich community life. The work of volunteers supports the existence of many valuable programs which otherwise would flot be available. For example, the Town ot Milton is tortunate to have volunteers on our various boards and committees who give treely their tîme to review policies and advise Council on programs attecting the Community. Volunteer assistance aiso provides a wide range ot human services without adding to the municipal tax burden.
