Party Central is a l4,000-square-foot entertainment facility that hosts live entertainment tbroughoul the year. "We think Halton Region is entertaisment starved," said Joe Pinto, entertainment and events coordinator for Party Central. People can enjoy the same show as tbey would see downtown, but witbout the basales of driving, said Mr. Pinto, who bas been deal- ing witb the comedy club for 12 years. Presently, Yuk Yuk's will come to Milton once a montb, but more shows may be added if there is a demand for it. And like tbe show downtown, people also get a buf- fet dinner witb the ticket. The buffet - prepared by Party Central's own chefs - will change monthly. Tomorrow evening, people can enjoy roast veal loin witb demi-glaze, sweet basil chicken, penne pomadori, seasoned red roasted pota- toes, mixed vegetables and ail the trimmings. Tickets are $27, which is about $9 cheaper than the shows in the city. In addition to Yuk Yuks, Paety Central will also host a number of live bands. December 8 will be the start of the Canadian Legions series, which will featstre Moxy and Crowbar. Area residents can also rent Party Central for private functions such as Christmas parties, Buck and Does, banquets and weddings. Mr. Pinto said the facility boasts a theatrical-looking stage, a horseshoe-shaped balcony and professional sound and lighting systemas. And anything people need for their party can be arranged by Mr. Pinto, who bas 20 years experience in the promotion business. "We put a package together," be said.
