I The name itself was brought to Milton by Mono Casarin the new owner of Knight Cap. On his many trips to Florida, he would fre.quent a bar by the name of Night Cap and thought that it would suit his Main Street location. It was suggested to him by Steve Doucette, a good friend, that he might want to add the letter "K" to, bring about a bit 0f a British flair. Hence the name Knight Cap was brought into existence. Knight Cap's new manager Sue Clarke spent five years at the Dickens serving pints' and brings to Knight Cap her fabulous - vo smile and great expertise. She left the Dickens and moved on to open up the Cock -COMMERC IAL and Pheasant in Streetsville. Since then the building has been occupied by several eating and drinking establishments, the Charles Hotel, Papa Nicks and Waltzin' Weasel. Sue, Pauline and Mono want to express that not only is the name new, but the whole establish- ment from staff to menu is new. The menu is generally British Fare, however there is some- thing on the menu for absolutely everyone including fabulous tasty vegetarian dishes and an incredible children's menu. There are nightly feature specials such as Monday Night wings, Wednesday Night stuffed Yorkshire pudding, Friday Night roast beef, Saturday Night prime nib.
