I The name itself was brought to Milton by Mono Casarin the new owner of Knight Cap. On his many trips to Florida, he would fre.quent a bar by the name of Night Cap and thought that it would suit his Main Street location. It was suggested to him by Steve Doucette, a good friend, that he might want to add the letter "K" to, bring about a bit 0f a British flair. Hence the name Knight Cap was brought into existence. Knight Cap's new manager Sue Clarke spent five years at the Dickens serving pints' and brings to Knight Cap her fabulous - vo smile and great expertise. She left the Dickens and moved on to open up the Cock -COMMERC IAL and Pheasant in Streetsville.
