By IRENE GENTLE The Champion Two local men managed to pre- vent a disaster on Highway 401 with a dramnatic take-down of an out-of-control Chevrolet Lumina mini-van last week. The pair managed to corral the erratic vehicle afiter the driver paased out - and atayed out - for up to 10 minutes near the Trafalgar Road exit of Hwy. 401 at about 6 p.m. iuly 11. No one was hurt in the incident.
