A move to attract a college facility to Milton was endorsed by Milton's administration and planning committee recntly. "Milton is ready to astablish a community college," said CAO Manio Belvedere, who has aggressively pursuad tha opportunity. -Mbis community cari support a community collega within our boundanies. Though the invitation is open to any college, Sheridan has heen particularly targeted for either a stand alone campus or satellite facility, possibly on a parcel of land east of Bishop Reding Secondary School on Main Street. That site is already zoned institutional, and bas thé estimated 20 acres needed for a college facility. It's also within a tive-mintite walk of tha Milton GO Station.
