"Our goal is to create a relaxed atmosphere where you can coordinate your exiating wardrobe with exciting new seasonal ideas," aaid Peggy Bennett, who owns the store with her husband Fred and daughters Joey Bennett and Jan Price. Ms Bennett opened the store 32 years ago in a corner of the old creamery on Commercial Street. Since then, Peggy's, which is the largeat independent retailer in the country, moved to Milton Mail and bas opened five other locations. Whether customers are shopping as the Milton location or one of the other handful of outlets, staff - many of whomn have been with the stores for a number of years - offer the same heipful and friendly service. Clotlsing to it every budget Cuatomers can find clothing perfect for ail occasions frors busi- ness meetings and weddings to the backyard barbecue. And the styles, whether classic or modem, are complimentary to three generations of women. "Our fashions are agelesa. Daughter, mother and grandmnother will find something appropriate," Ms Bennett aaid. Peggy's carnies quality lines including Susan Bristol, Liz Claibome, Robert Scott, Koret, Northem IlIes and others. "We choose and select every garmnent that comea into the store." Peggy's has a variety of sizes and colours as well as pieces fis- ting for almoat every budget, Ms Bennett said. "We help you get the moat for your money." If thse store doesn't have a size the cusomer is looking for, ataiff will get it for ber, usually in a couple of days. And customers aren's under any obligation to take the piece.
