A decision had been tentatively sched- uled to corne down Friday. Instead the board, which conaists of members of the Ontario Municipal Board and Environ mental Asseasment and Appeal Board, wil begin hearing final summations April 18. Three days have been penciled in for Uic sumrmationa, which will mark the last stage of a controversial hearing that has been unfolding at Town Hall for weeks. Its primary purpose has been to allow applicants Central Milton Holdings and the numbered company 825927 Ontario Inc., owned by Joaeph Curcuruto, to pre- sent a case for having their lands deleted fromn the protective Niagara Escarpment Plan (NEP).
