Halton police are investigating two separate incidents in which a young child reported being touched inappropriately by a stranger at a large retail store in Oakville. The first incident occurred in early August when a mother took ber tbree cbildren shopping. Duning tbe store visit, tbe woman's four-year-old daughter was alone in an aisie.
