To date, the event bas raised a record $3.1I million for needy cbildren around the world. Students ini your community raised $6,428. Ibis money will be used to help Kosovar refugees, orpbans in Rwanda, street kids in Cambodia and Romania, cbildren of war in Uganda and needy children here in Canada. The 30 Hour Famidne is a national event. This year more than 136,000 students acrosa Canada went witbout solid food for 30 bours to raise money and increasç awarenesa of global poverty.
