Securing the award for Knuckles Sports Shop was Sean Casselman, whose sensa- tional rebounding helped complete the higb-drasns clash that endcd closely in a fie. WNBA Gallinger Matois 31 Milton Graphics 16 Gallinger Motors' Natalie MacKenzie anchored a flerce offenice with crisp pass- ing and well-placed shots to deliver ber teamn to a convincing victory. Led by Tammy Memitt - the top point- getter on the night - Milton Graphics kept close through the early going but eventually succumbed to their opponents' well-balanced attack. Bargain Tire 34 Milton Graphics 22 Aggressive half-court presses, creative play making and a great overaîl perfor- mance by both sides were aIl featured in this exciting contest - which was much more competitîve than the final score would indicate. Tammy Merritt again led a spirited effort by Milton Graphics while Kasia Wroblewska gave a superb overall show- ing for the victory. ACC Milton Chrysler Dodge 32 Borner 32 Bomar bas apparently developed a teamn chemistry and competitive spirit that was miissing for much of the season. The spirit translated into a hard-fought tie against powerhouse Milton Chrysler Dodge. It was perhaps their best single- showing this year. Leading the way for Bomar was top shooter Kevin St. John while Milton Chrysler Dodge's standout perfonner was Aaron Mark. Boanr 33 Marinaroferitar 32 Bomar's recent improvements saw themn eke out victory in this nail bitter over always coîmipetitive Marinaro/Meritor, who just couldn't couniter topfiight passing and rebounding by their opponients. Ibis was Bomar's flrst win of the sea- son. Luke Kingdon stood out for tise winners, grabbing player of thse game honours, while Chris Arpa took thse honour for Marinaro/Mleritor. NBA Charley Fitzwhiskey's 53 Hunt Plymnouth Chrysier 52 The only thîng this match needed was some water to put out the fire, which bumed brightly from start to finish. Hunt Plymouth Chrysler had the last sisot with two seconds left but just couldn't tind the net. Charley's Joel Jansen and Chris Kubenik of Hunt Plymouth Chrysler were the play- ers cf the gamne with terriflc rebounding and great overali hustie. Donnno's Pizza 62 Hunt Plymnouth Chrysler 58 This 'Battle of the Baskets' was a full workout for both cf these teams, with Domino's Pizza flnally coming out ahead thancs to tireless heads-up play. Honourable mention for tise winners went to Bryan Morgan. Meanwhile, Hunt Plymouth Chrysler's leading man was Rob Chin. Donsio's Pizza 72 Charley Fitzwhiskey's 44 Domino's Pizza scored a decîsive victo- ry thanks to incredibly consistent inside shooting, which was particularly effective in the final quarter. Andrew Goure of Domino's Pizza and Charley' s Paul Leon earned themselves Player of the Game honours.
