At 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, three people were seen near a car parked in Use garage at the apartmnent complex at 81 Milîside Dr. Two of thse suspects left Use garage in one vehicle, and Use third drove away in Use stolen car. The vehicle stolen was a black 1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo bearing licence plate 012 2LK. It was su excellent condition. The car had been parked in the garage for Use winter sud covered wiUs a tarp. What made this car unique was that it was fitted with hand controls for acceleration aud braking aud the back seat had been removed to make room for the driver's wheelchair. Police would like to speak to the occupants of thse black pick-up truck (wiUs a black cap) that pulled out of the lot just ahead of the stolen car. Both occupants were described as maIe, white, and about 20 years of age. The driver had short, dark hair and wore a beige basebaîl cap.
