Developer 822403 Ontario Inc. has asked for a zoning bylaw amendment to allow the building that would boast 400 square metres of ground oor commercial space on Lakeshore Road East, 33 residential units above and four townhouses fronting on Brook eld. Eight-year-old Ayverie was diagnosed at McMaster Children's Hospital in February with a malignant tumour on her brain stem. She is currently going through chemotherapy and radiation treatments at McMaster Children's Hospital.
