We're enjoying the lowest gas prices we have had in years,' said Mr. Bourgon. "Asia isn't buying as much and people want ta selI. Il's driving down prices." In other words, relax and wait for the loonie ta res- urrect itself. "Has the world really changed in the last six months? Have flowers stopped grawing or children stapped laughing," said Mr. Bourgan. "The warst thing the consumer could do is panic."
