After 15 hours of deliberation in a Milton murder trial the jury has found Keith Madeley, 25, guilty of first-degree murder. He was immediately sentenced to life in jail, with no chance of parole for 25 years. Madeley took the life of Fred1 Sheppard, 77, mortally wound- ing tbe senior witb several shots. Mr. Sbeppard's bullet-rid- dled body was found March 7, 1995, slumped in an outhouse on bis Steeles Ave. property. He had been struck four times, twice in the back and cheat area, once through the ami and once in the head with .22 cali- bre rifle shelîs.
