Susan Gagnon, daughter of the siain senior citizen, told Ontario Court (general division) in Milton that she contacted police- after finding two.pieces of a gun and her father's bankcard outside ber home in April, 1995. Mr. Sheppard, 77, was found shot to deatb on the outhouise floor at the rear of bis Steeles Avenue property March 7, 1995. Cbarged with first-degree murder is Keitb Madeley tbe former boyfriend of Ms Gagnon' s daughter Lori, who was 14 at the ime.
