Baker's 3th of the year was the only bright spot in an uninspired performance by the visiting Merchants. Oakville capitalized on their chances early, scoring twice with Baker in the hox for high sticking and roughing after the whistle. From there, captain iay Stewart sealed the deal with an insurance marker at 12:22 of thse third and an empty netter with four seconds remaining. With Wenzel and Lee on the shelf, Milton called up grxîlie Kyle Donnan aînd defenceman Derek Birnie from thse AA midget team. With the exception of thse occasional shoving and stick work, the north-south Halton battle was tame in comparison to their last Sunday go-around in Oakville. Merchant notes: Hutchins signed a full scholarship with Union after Friday's game. - The New Jersey college is also court- ing gritty winger Nathan Gillies. - Lee began therapy on his injured shoul- der this week. He's expected to be out four to five weeks. - At press time, Wenzel and Nadalin were still question marks for tonight's game in Streetsville. aq *.*.S.P~ DEADLINE o0 professioflal Liability lnsured The R.R.S.P.
