Brent Marshall, Halton' s commissioner of public works, said some deviation between individual tests has occurred and adjustments in the Zenon procesa have been made. Overall, the test resuits show substantially cleaner effluent than required by the contract between Halton and Zenon Environmental. There were 41 tests taken. The projeet is designed to demonstrate the perfor- mance ofth(e tiltening process and associated costs.
