High ranking Halton Regional Police officers plotted to cover up a detective's assault on a murder sus- pect, court beard Friday. Now retired Inspector Les Graham led a plan to bide Det. Doug Ford's videotaped face slap of a young man during an interrogation, Det. John Stonehill testified in Ontario court (provincial division) in Milton. Det. Stonehill broke down on the stand and wept after recalling that he wanted no part of the alleged plot by Insp. Graham and a second officer, Det. Sgt.
