F A N T A S T I C !!!!!!!!!

I will be really happy when all the issues are downloaded....Wonderful....After ten years of travelling into Bowmanville...I can now sit at home and find more family information....

What is the last online issue of the Canadian Statesman?

Thanks for your question. The latest issue available online is 1979. We are working to digitize more issues now.

Canadian Statesman

First started publication in Bowmanville in 1837. Published by the James family for over 100 years. Now owned by the Metroland newspaper chain: merged in 1998, then merged with Clarington This Week in 2007 and finally a discontinued publication in December 2008.
