AGLOW MEETING The next meeting of the Women's Aglow Fellowship will ho held on April 10 at 7:30 p.m. ip the Knights of Columibus Hall, 133 Brock Street North. The guest speaker will be Diane Lee, a lady who has done a lot of research into the problems of minister's children. BAZAAR 'the St. Thomas A.C.W. will hold their spring bazaar on Saturday, Apnil 26 at the Church Hall in Brooklin. There will be baking, craf- ts, plants, new-to-you, books and tea tables. HANDHOOKED CRAFTS There will be a tea and display of handhooked crafts on Saturday, April 19 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at St. Mark's Church House. Admission is $1 and a doorprize will be given away. GIRLS' SOFTBALL The Whitby Girls' Athletic Association will hold their registration for the 1980 girls' softball season on April 12 and 19 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the lobby of the Iroquois Park Arena. The league is open to l girls between the ages of seven and 18. ARTHRITIS SEMINAR The Whitby branch of the Knights of Columbus will hold a seminar on arthnitis in their hall at 133 Brock Street North on April 15 at 8 p.m. The guest speaker will be audio-visual presentation, a general discussion and a question and answer session on the problems of the disease., There will be no charge for admission. ARTS DANCE Whitby Arts Inc. will celebrate spring 1980 with a good old fashioned barn dance. The event will take place at Heydenshore Pavilion, Friday, April 25, from 8 p.m. to 1a.m. Ail residents of Whitby and surrounding com- munities are invited to take part in the music, dancing, a down-home buffet supper, and maybe win a door prize. There will also be a cash bar. Admission is $15 a couple.
