New additions fitting in for AA Rangers Offseason turnover doesn't appear to have hindered the Oakville atom AA Rangers. Though eight of their 17 players are new to the team this year, the Rangers are off to an 11-0 start in league play and also won all five of their games at the Mississauga Early Bird Tournament. Oakville's fifth and final win at the tournament was a 3-2 overtime victory over London in the championship game. The Rangers forced the extra session by scoring to tie the game 2-2 with just over a minute remaining in regulation time. Oakville's other wins came against the Duffield Devils (2-1), Mississauga Jets (9-0), North York Knights (4-0) and Streetsville Tigers (2-0). The Rangers squad includes Aidan O'Sullivan, Matthew Jenner, Riley Horton, Tyler Ford, Liam Mahoney, Jacob Caravaggio, Adam Clark, Colin Flurey, Adam Zedor, Dawson Maloney, Jamie Langill, Christopher Parsons, Ryan Brown, Christian Pelley, James Passafiume, Ryan Jeffrey and Owen Sage. Aaron Mahoney, Alan Clark and Chris Brown coach the team, and Dave Langill is the trainer. -- A photo of the atom AA Rangers can be found online at www.oakvillebeaver.com.
