In the tournament opener Ktinettes defeated Whitbys C3 teain sponsored by Ian Martn Ltd., 3-1. Lindsay McGiUl was spectacular in the cage for the C3s facing a battery of Kinette shots. Laura Campbell, Ashley Taylor and Kristen Alphonso accounted for the final scoring. Kinettes then defeated VWtby's Cl Mlister Transmission 10-3. Campbell fired four goals while Alphonso and Danielle Morrison netted a pair each. Taylor and Kaufmnann recorded singles. Jessicýda Bradley replied with two goals and Jainie Doggart one for Mister Transmission. .In the third match of the primary round, Kinettes took on Ajax, e oter undefeated teain of the division, and handed them a 4-2 loss.
