The daughter of Michael Bernard O'Loughlin and Matilda Edith Woolman, she was born in Brantford on Jan. 30, 1903. She vias a resident of Dunharton for 10 years and Mimico for about 18 years. Mms.McCabe vies a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholie Church, Whitby. On Feb. 15, 1927, she was married at St. Vincent de Paul Church, Toronto, to Philip John MeCabe, viho died before her.. Mrm McCabe i. survived by son, Philip (and bis wiue Meme) of Peterborough, daughters Virginia Ingoldsby and Helen Matheson, both ofWilùlowdale, grandchildren William, Pbhilip and Patrick Ingoldaby Cath Kbe. Lynn Landry, Mical and Chrstopher Mathsonand 10 great-grand- children. Sho is also survived by brother-in-law Frank McCabe of Toronto. .Besdes ber husbnd, brother. Ho was formerly a rosident cf Oshawa for 18 years, Kearney, Ont, for 29 year and Woodstock for one year. Mr. Ayres was barn in Woodstock on June 27, 1914, son of David AyreS and Alice Rowe. Ho was a member of Branch .112 Royral Canadien Legion, Whitby. On June 17, 1944, ho via. maniod at Allenford, Ont to the former Helen Heviion, who survves im. Mr. Ayres is also survived by son Rod (and his wilfe lee) of Whitby, daughter Catherine (and her husband Bort Jalaajaa) of Waterloo and grandchildren Alan, Tirnia, Matthew, Kenneth and Sarah.
