The hearing was ordered by Judgre Norman Edmondson last WednesdaY following ïpre-trial discussions between le s lawyer Michael Boland and assistant Crown attorney Lori Anne Turner. .Kealey, Whitby General's vice- president of community relations and development, was not pre- sent for the pre-trial session.
