The restaurant business1 is nothin ne to Ambra who used te wor à i> hie family at Tat'a Restaurant in the Osh*&wa Centre, and who has been in the restaurant business for il1>c.ars. He chose the new plaza as a location because ho feels it is in a growing area. -Empires specialties -are «great homemade burgers,» fies and «good coffee.- But they also serve daily spe- ciels, salade and a wide variety of homem ado desserts. An emphatic "Positive!" is how Ambra describes customer reponse thus far to what could become a well-known eating place in the neighbourhood. (905) 427-3605 (Derrick) Affff7ffÀ: WASTE SYSTEMS
