Garrard Heights is a 60-unit townhcuse complex located at 123 Eric Clarke Dr., east of Dryden and Garrard. The project started receiving tenants on June 1, 1993. There are 37 two-bedroom units, some of which are wheelchair accessible, 20 three-bedroom units and three four-bedroom units. The construction of Garrard Heights was financed by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and the provincial gernment under the federal! proincal 1991 non-profit huigprograro and carried out by Awaiting Developments Inc. as a modified turnkey project. Marigold Court is a 107-unit townhouse complex located at 3438 Garrard Rd, at the southwest corner of Dryden and Garrard. The project started receiving tenants in September of 1992. TPhere are 61 two-bedrooni units% some of which are wheelchair accessible, and 46 three-bedroom units. The construction of Marigold Court was financed by the poicial goverrnment undor the honsnow non-profit housing program and carried out by Frain Construction Limià ted.
