Most ofthe questions at the forum, for ail ward candidates, were directed at the east ward candidates, particularly at the incumbent councillor, Fox. Geof Bison is the other candidate for the ward seat. Rtesidents were concerned with bigli density development i Whitby, tax increases in the lest few years and councillors' wages. Paimer said the Town should utilize -its talent more because "the success lies in the people. "There are many things we can do" he said.
