Plans for Oshawa-Whi*tby F air bigger, better than ever' The Oshawa-Wbitby'Fair is on the gogin this year with bigger andbettethings to corn e'. It will be held at the fairgrounds on Garrard Rd., just north of Conlin Rd. in Whitby on Juy1, 19, 20, and 21. Last year's 'Mud Bog' event proved so successful that there will lie two shows at this year's exhibition, Sunday as well as Saturday. The demolition derby will be held on Thursday evenling, Saturday evenn and Sunday afternoon with $2,600 in total prize moneybing offered. Isabel McLaughin honuured Oshawa-born painter Isabel McLaughlin has been chosen as the recipient of, the 1991 Individual Achievemnent Award of the Ontario Association of Art Galleries, the service organization for public non-profit art galleries in Ontario.
