The Grand Oak Group is seek- ing a rezoning of the 16-acre site te permit construction of six apartmnent buildings comprised of 600 units. The development would b. located west of the. Towns muni- cipal office and the'recreation complex now under construction. Buildings will vary in height, fromn three te 12 stories, depend- ilig on, location.
