For garages or heavier traffic floors, an oil modifed seat (CSG CONCRETE & GYM SEAL) might be desirable. This is a little trickier. First any oul spilîs that may have penetrated the concrete must be removed. If they aren't, the oil will work back up through the concrete and cause the seat to Mif. Generaily, a thorough scrubbing with an industrial degreaser (INDO 500) will work wonders. After scrubbing and rinsing, the floor must bç allowed to dry for a minimum of 2 hours before applying the seat. Apply the seal with a paint roller. Generally one coat will suffice.
