Bouckley, bomn in Blackpool, England in 1904, first became interested in collecting photographs of Oshawa some years ago after acquiring bis father's collection. A graduate of the University of Toronto in ceramic engineering, Bouckley developed a keen interest in local history. and an avid curiosty that fed his interest.
