Must have a demonstrated working knowledge of computerized office systems including Word Processors, Computers, etc. A minimum of sixty (60) words per minute typing, shorthand and experience in the use of dictation equipment is required. A minimum of three (3) years work experience is required, preferably in the personnel field, two (2) of which should be under a Senior Exective. The successful applicant must also possess the personal qualities of maturity, sound judgement, initiative, organizational ability and have a good command of English grammar and excellent spelling skills. Applicants should possess strong interpersonal skills and have a keen sense of accuracy, thoroughness and detail. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The successful applicant will provide secret anal services to the Director of Personnel, including dealing with matters of a confidential nature as it relates to personnel administration and labour relations, and will perform such other duties as may be assigned.
